You may be wondering whether your order will arrive in time for Christmas.

On this page, we would like to give you some insight so that you can place your order with peace of mind.

Delivery location Germany:

Your order will arrive on time for 24 December via DHL or GLS if you place your order by 19 December 2025 and the delivery time specified for the item is 1-2 working days. For orders placed after this date, the logistics providers can no longer guarantee timely delivery, even if this is possible.

We also have items in our range that have a processing time and therefore specify a different delivery time, e.g. 4-5 working days. Please allow plenty of time, as logistics companies are traditionally very busy at Christmas, and assume that orders placed on 19 December with this delivery time may not arrive on time.

Delivery location: Germany's neighbouring EU countries:

Here, 18 December is the last date for guaranteed Christmas deliveries. Otherwise, the same applies as for deliveries to Germany.

Delivery to Switzerland and Northern Europe:

Here, 16 December is the last date for guaranteed Christmas deliveries. Otherwise, the same applies as for deliveries to Germany.
