Hair spiral, silver-plated

The spiral is one of the oldest symbols in human history and also had a profound meaning for the Celts: it symbolized the sun and thus stood for growth, vitality, and prosperity. At a time when the position of the sun determined the rhythm of life, this motif was an expression of a deep connection to nature and its cycles.
To thread a hair bead or beard bead easily, it is advisable to lightly moisten the strand of hair with either water or styling gel before passing it through the hole in the bead. This makes the strand easier to guide and achieves the desired result more quickly. Before threading the hair spiral onto the strand of hair, you can also use a beard or braid elastic (if the hair is particularly smooth). This makes it much easier to attach the bead and ensures that it stays securely in place in the hair. The Vikings would have used a small piece of yarn for this in the past.
