The LARP dagger is a handy, lightweight padded weapon inspired by medieval ceremonial and secondary weapons that can be used reliably in close combat as well as a secondary weapon in LARP. With a sturdy fiberglass core and Kevlar reinforcement at the tip of the blade, it combines safety and stability with a realistic look.

Description

Padded weapon - Medieval dagger

The LARP dagger is a handy and precise padded weapon inspired by medieval ceremonial and secondary weapons. With a total length of approx. 37 cm (14.57 in), it lies lightly and securely in the hand and is ideal as a secondary weapon or for tactical movements on the battlefield. The double-edged, silver-painted blade made of polyurethane foam looks deceptively real and is stabilized inside by a sturdy fiberglass core. A Kevlar reinforcement at the tip of the blade provides additional safety during intense combat.
The artistically designed handle made of PU foam fits comfortably in the hand, even during longer use. The black handle section is interrupted by a golden ring, which, together with the crossguard and pommel, is decorated with subtle ornaments. Thanks to its compact design and low weight of approx. 55 g (0.12 lbs), the dagger is ideal for quick attacks and precise maneuvers.
Whether as a knight, elf, or mage, this dagger fits seamlessly into a wide variety of LARP roles and combines medieval aesthetics with modern safety. It is equally suitable for extended LARP battles, training purposes, or as a prop for theater, cosplay, and reenactment.
For a long service life, regular care with silicone spray and protection from intense sunlight is recommended. Dirt should be removed promptly with water to preserve the protective layer of the foam.
