ANNO 1195 – Bueren Medieval Market 2026 – A journey back in time to the Middle Ages in East Westphalia
From 15 to 17 May 2026, Almeauen Park in Bueren, North Rhine-Westphalia, will be transformed into a medieval market square. ANNO 1195 brings medieval flair to East Westphalia-Lippe at Neuer Weg 15 – with free admission.

Almeauen Park is idyllically situated on the banks of the Alme and, with its meadows and ancient trees, provides a natural setting for the medieval market bustle.
Programme and attractions
ANNO 1195 offers a varied programme: jousting tournaments, craft demonstrations, medieval music and juggling. Historical goods, jewellery and garments are on sale at the market stalls. Hearty food and mead are available to satisfy your appetite. There are hands-on activities for children.

Opening hours: Friday 4 pm–10 pm, Saturday 1 pm–10 pm, Sunday 11 am–7 pm. Admission is free.
