Historia Caraslan Gera 2026 – A Grand Spectacle at Hofwiesenpark
From 14 to 17 May 2026, Historia Caraslan will be making a guest appearance at Hofwiesenpark Gera in Gera, Thuringia. At the Am Sommerbad, visitors can look forward to a four-day medieval spectacle featuring jousting tournaments, crafts and music.
Hofwiesenpark Gera
Hofwiesenpark is the green lung of the city of Gera. The extensive meadows and parkland along the White Elster offer ample space for a large medieval festival site.
Programme and attractions
Historia Caraslan offers a top-class programme: jousting tournaments on horseback, exhibition fights, juggling and fire shows. Medieval music groups create a lively atmosphere on several stages. Numerous craftsmen and traders showcase their skills. There are dedicated play areas and a knighthood ceremony for children.
