From 13 to 14 June 2026, Luckau in Brandenburg (Dahme-Spreewald district) will celebrate its 750th anniversary with a big town festival and medieval market. The entire historic old town will become a festival stage – with free admission.
Luckau – 750 years of town history
Luckau looks back on 750 years of history. The historic old town with its half-timbered houses, city walls and medieval alleys provides an authentic backdrop for the anniversary celebrations.
Programme and attractions
The anniversary festival features stages, a parade, a medieval market and a regional market. Throughout the old town, there will be music, theatre, crafts and culinary offerings. The medieval market brings knights, merchants and jugglers to the historic streets.

Friday from 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. Admission is free.
