The Medieval Market at Erkelenz Castle will take place on 11 and 12 July 2026. The event is organised by the Friends of the Castle Association (Verein Freunde der Burg e.V.). Admission is free. It is open on Saturday from 11:00 to 22:00 and on Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00. The venue is the castle at Dr.-Josef-Hahn-Platz in 41812 Erkelenz.
According to the organisers, over 50 camps and showmen will transform the area around the castle and the adjacent Ziegelweiherpark into a medieval encampment.
