20th Potsdam Knights’ Festival 2026 – Anniversary at the Volkspark
From 23 to 25 May 2026, the Potsdam Knights’ Festival will celebrate its 20th anniversary at Volkspark Potsdam in Brandenburg. At Georg-Hermann-Allee 101, families can look forward to an atmospheric Whitsun weekend with knights, craftsmen and jugglers.
Volkspark Potsdam
Volkspark Potsdam is the newest and most modern park in Brandenburg’s capital. The extensive meadows and play areas offer the ideal setting for the family-friendly Ritterfest.
Programme and attractions
To mark the anniversary, the Knights’ Festival offers a particularly varied programme: jousting tournaments, exhibition fights, medieval music, juggling and craft demonstrations. For children, there is archery, knighting ceremonies and hands-on activities. Hearty food and mead await at the market stalls.
Opening hours and admission
Opening hours: Friday and Saturday 10am–10pm, Sunday 10am–6pm.
Admission: Adults €9, children aged 7–16 €4. Children under 6 free.
