Domestic deliveries (Germany): 
 

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.90 (GLS or DHL of our choice) per order or €5.90 for DHL shipping.

From an order value of € 39.00 we deliver free of shipping costs* (with GLS or DHL of our choice) or for € 0.9 with DHL shipping.

We only send vouchers by e-mail. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Optionally, we deliver items that can be shipped immediately by DHL Express. The shipping costs are staggered according to weight

• up to 3 kg 14,90 €
• up to 5 kg 16,90 €
• up to 10 kg 21,90 €
• up to 20 kg 26,90 €
• up to 30 kg 39,90 €

The delivery time for delivery with DHL Express National is 1 business day within Germany for orders received by 2 pm Monday to Thursday. There is no shipping on Saturdays. Deliveries by DHL Express do not take place on Saturdays by default.

Deliveries to foreign countries:
We send vouchers exclusively by e-mail. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

• Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Cyprus, Norway, Croatia: 17,90 € - Free shipping* from 179,- order value
• Switzerland: 19,90 € - free shipping* from 199,- € order value

Optionally, we also offer shipping as DHL Express Parcel for urgent shipments within the EU at the following prices:

• up to   2 kg 24.90 €
• up to   5 kg 27.99 €
• up to 10 kg 36.99 €
• up to 20 kg 59.99 €
• up to 30 kg 79.99 €

*A free shipping limit applies to free deliveries. If the remaining value of the order falls below this value limit due to a return shipment, the shipping costs will be recalculated in the following amount: The shipping costs charged will be the shipping costs that would have been incurred if the free shipping limit had not been reached. The recalculated costs will be automatically offset against the return amount to be refunded. 

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, standard domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2-6 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Please note that orders are not proceeded on saturdays, sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
