The delivery has arrived, but the garment does not fit or the shoe does not fit properly? No problem! We offer you 30 days right of withdrawal and thus go beyond the legal regulation. You decide whether you want an exchange or have the money refunded.
💡Returns from EU countries
Please follow the steps below for returning unwanted or unsuitable goods.
1. packing the goods
Please make sure that the goods are in mint condition. So there should be no pet hair, scratches or similar on the goods. Fill out the return form enclosed with the shipment. It is also very important to indicate either the invoice or order number in the upper right corner. This makes it easier for us to process the return.

The return shipping costs in the form of a return label are not yet included in the item prices. As we inform you in the cancellation policy, the return shipping costs, i.e. the return shipping from you to us, are therefore to be borne by you.
However, we offer you a return label at cost price depending on the country of dispatch.

The return shipping costs in the form of a return label are not yet included in the item prices. As we inform you in the cancellation policy, the return shipping costs, i.e. the return shipping from you to us are therefore to be borne by you.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return label for your return shipment. Please purchase a return label directly from the shipper of your choice. Please make sure to declare your shipment as returns shipment so we are able to accept the parcel. Wrong declaration leads to customs fees which will have to be deducted from the refund.

However, we offer you a GLS or DHL return label at cost price in the amount of 4.90 € or 5.90 € within Germany, which you can easily print out yourself from our return portal. Simply purchase the return label below. You will receive by e-mail the one-time access to the returns portal to generate a return label from the comfort of your own home.
