This chainmail coif was made of spring steel rings that were not riveted throughout.
Due to its price/performance ratio it is perfect for beginners who still value good protection and solid quality.

It completely covers the shoulder and has a square face cutout. We recommend wearing a waistband hood underneath.
In addition, this chain hood has a triangular mouth guard made of padded leather. A leather strap is sewn on the sides of the mouthguard. This type of chainmail hood was especially popular in the high middle ages.
