Description

Wide medieval long belt

This long belt was designed in the style of the High Middle Ages and is characterized by its simplicity and robustness. It is well suited for historical representations. The high medieval long belt was made of cowhide leather and has an iron ring that is attached to the belt in the envelope through the leather. The envelope itself is attached with another leather strap (without rivets).

The wide medieval belt is authentically closed by a simple knot with the ring. To do this, the end of the belt without the ring is passed through the ring from the inside and then tucked under the belt from below the belly. Finally, the end is pulled through the resulting loop.
