Chainmail coif with triangular mouthpiece made of riveted rings, Ø 8 mm

This chainmail coif was made of round rings throughout, closed with round rivet heads. The braiding is 4 in 1.

It completely covers the shoulder and has a square face cutout. We recommend wearing a padded arming coif underneath.
Additionally this chain hood has a mouth guard made of padded leather. On the sides of the mouthguard a leather strap is sewn on. This type of chainmail coif was mainly popular in the high middle ages.
