Calf wraps were an integral part of Viking garb. They were worn from the foot to below the knee - they served as a substitute for socks, provided more warmth and also protected against injuries.

Our calf wraps are made from 100% cotton in a herringbone pattern. The edges are finished with a flat flatlock seam, so there are no pressing seams. They are closed with a simple cotton band, which is attached to the calf wrap. The calf wraps are approx. 350 cm long and approx. 10 cm wide and are supplied as a pair.

Our drinking horn is made of real horn, polished smooth on the outside and varnished on the inside to make it food-safe. This makes it easier to clean. As drinking horns are natural products, they can vary in color and grain, resulting in many unique pieces.

There are eyelets on the back, allowing a leather strap to be tied. This allows the arm guard to be easily adjusted to fit your arm. A Thor's hammer motif is embossed on the front.

The medieval bracer has a circumference of approx. 15-22 cm, a width of approx. 7.5 cm and a thickness of approx. 3 mm.

Our early medieval throwing axe is based on a historical find. It has been documented since the 5th - 6th century. The type of axe head is known under the name "Franziska".  The axe is supplied with a leather sheath (thickness approx. 2.5 - 3 mm), which is double-stitched and fitted with press stud fasteners.

The handle is made of ash wood and has a handle length of approx. 44 cm. The axe blade is made of carbon steel and is approx. 13 cm long. Our product is a decorative item, we therefore accept no liability for product defects resulting from the practical throwing insert.
