Calf wraps were an integral part of Viking garb. They were worn from the foot to below the knee - they served as a substitute for socks, provided more warmth and also protected against injuries.

Our calf wraps are made from 100% cotton in a herringbone pattern. The edges are finished with a flat flatlock seam, so there are no pressing seams. They are closed with a simple cotton band, which is attached to the calf wrap. The calf wraps are approx. 350 cm long and approx. 10 cm wide and are supplied as a pair.
