Thanks to the tight weave, the heavy quality and the wool grease, the sleeping bags are extremely heat-insulating and can also withstand rain showers. Ideal for any camp!
Made from pure sheep's wool from mountain sheep. The wool is washed exclusively in spring water so that the natural, valuable lanolin (fat) is not washed out. The lanolin ensures that the sleeping bag is very dirt-resistant and virtually waterproof.
They are produced authentically, just like in the Middle Ages: they are made with hand-spun wool on old wooden looms. As a loom only has a certain width, the blankets and sleeping bags are hand-sewn together from 2-3 individual pieces. This is large enough for 2 adults to lie down in at the same time.
The wool is not chemically dyed or treated in any other way, so they are free from chemical components. Some of the blankets on offer have colored stripes that are dyed completely naturally, for example from onion Skin.
