Karfunkel magazine
The Karfunkel magazine deals with all aspects of history, with a focus on the Middle Ages. Although there are frequent detours into modern times and antiquity, the issues revolve around cultural, religious, social, event, everyday, regional, urban and economic history as well as castle research, biographies, heraldry, archaeology, art history and much more.
Special issues were also published on certain topics. But all Karfunkel magazines also focus on what is known as "living history": Clubs, actors craftsmen and traders, re-enactment, patterns, recipes, concerts, workshops, knight tournaments and, of course, a wealth of Events.
