The Buck Commander® LoneRock folding knife with integrated ripper hook (so-called gut hook) is part of the LoneRock series, a collection of cutting-edge hunting knives created by Kershaw's knifemakers. This line offers rugged, versatile outdoor tools that can stand up to just about anything - whatever surprises your next hunting trip may have in store. Whether you need to shorten the blade or grip the handle with your whole hand for extra leverage, these knives handle easily and offer an extra secure grip.

This Kershaw hunting knife is a compact tool that will make any hunting trip even better. It features an oversized choil and thumb grooves on both sides that allow you to grip the knife shorter if needed. Plus, grippy jimpings (notches or grooves) in the center of the blade's spine provide precise cutting control. The generous belly of the blade and precise gut hook make skinning or stripping easy. This pocket knife can be manually flipped open using the large notch in the blade - so there's no thumb pin to get in the way of your work. A sturdy liner lock keeps the blade securely locked in place.

The high-quality blade is razor sharp and features good edge retention. For additional protection of the blade from external influences during outdoor use, a brown titanium carbon nitride coating. The secure grip is due in part to the ergonomic shape of the handle, and in part to Kershaw's exclusive K-Texture™. This surface material is both textured and rubberized for optimum slip resistance, even under extreme conditions. For the crucial difference is probably the tools, which offer equally secure grip and comfortable handling.

Included in the delivery is a nylon case.
