The Buck Commander® LoneRock folding knife with drop-point blade is part of the LoneRock series, a collection of cutting-edge hunting knives created by Kershaw's knifemakers. This line offers rugged, versatile outdoor tools that can stand up to just about anything - whatever surprises your next hunting trip may have in store. Whether you need to shorten the blade or grip the handle with your whole hand for extra leverage, these knives handle easily and provide an extra secure grip.

This Kershaw hunting knife features an oversized choil and thumb grooves on both sides that allow you to grip the knife shorter if needed. In addition, grippy jimpings (notches or grooves) in the center back of the blade provide precise cutting control. The generous belly of the blade facilitates skinning or stripping. This pocket knife can be manually flipped open using the large notch in the blade - so there's no thumb stud to get in the way of your work. A sturdy liner lock keeps the blade securely locked in place.

For additional protection of the high-quality blade from external influences during outdoor use, a brown titanium carbonitride coating. The secure grip is due in part to the ergonomic shape of the handle, and in part to Kershaw's exclusive K-Texture™. This surface material is both textured and rubberized for optimum slip resistance, even under extreme conditions. After all, it is probably the tools that make the crucial difference, providing a secure grip and comfortable handling in equal measure.
