Secret Edge

Slim, lightweight and extremely low-profile, the Secret Edge from Cold Steel® is perfect for anyone looking for an unobtrusive, yet highly efficient neck knife. Unlike its heavier, bulkier competitors, the Secret Edge is nearly invisible under clothing, and its weight of approximately 91 grams (including sheath) makes it effortless to carry all day.

The Secret Edge is inspired by the traditional Scottish stocking knife Sgian dubh. However, materials, performance and appearance are thoroughly modern. It features a flat-ground AUS 8A Japanese stainless steel blade with a wide base for good cutting power and a pointed point for optimal penetration.

To give maximum grip to such a small blade, the Secret Edge was equipped with Griv-Ex™ handle scales. The three recesses serve to reduce weight, while the highly textured surface provides optimal grip. The handle nestles in the palm of your hand and will not wobble or twist.

A matching secure ex®sheath is included. This keeps the knife safely stowed, but remains easily and quickly accessible.

Stainless steel AUS 8A
Cold Steel® has been using the same expertly hardened Japanese AUS 8A steel for nearly three decades now. This steel is exceptionally well tested and has proven over the years to be excellent for making working knife blades: It is tough and corrosion resistant with good edge retention and also easy to sharpen.
