Brown Viking overdress "Lykke"

Our classic brown Viking overdress is made from 100% cotton. Cotton gives the overdress a beautiful appearance, while at the same time making it very comfortable to wear. The cut is based on finds from the 8th and 9th centuries around the important trading center of the Danish Vikings Haithabu. The overdress has wide straps and is straight at the bottom. The sides are not fastened, which makes it easier to dress and undress. The brown Viking dress can be adjusted to fit your body with two laces at each side and looks even more beautiful when finished.

The brown Viking overdress is of course just one part of the simple women's garment from the Viking Age. An undergarment or jewelry components such as two brooches with a fibula chain give the Viking woman a lot of authenticity at the next LARP, medieval market or even at weddings. Accessories are not included, but can be purchased separately in our store, e.g. green underdress VM008823, red knotted belt VM004474 or brooch necklace VM008352.
