Red Viking overdress "Lykke"

Our classic red Viking overdress is made from 100% cotton. The cotton gives the overdress a beautiful appearance while at the same time making it very comfortable to wear. The cut is based on finds from the 8th and 9th centuries around the important trading center of the Danish Vikings Haithabu. The overdress has wide straps and is straight at the bottom. The sides are open, making it easier to dress and undress. The red Viking dress can be adjusted to fit your body with two laces at each side and looks even more elegant at the end thanks to the binding.

The red Viking overdress is of course only part of the simple women's garment from this period. An underdress and decorative accessories such as two brooches with a brooch chain give the Viking woman a great deal of authenticity at the next LARP, medieval market or even at weddings.
