Our medieval single mast tent is with its 9 square meters of floor space a real space miracle and offers enough space for 2 people including luggage and junk. The height of 2.20 m provides enough standing height to change comfortably. This tent is extremely light and because of its divisible center pole, it can be shouldered in the truest sense of the word. The setup is done in no time and you have time to take care of the nice things at the market, larp event or camp. This very authentic tent is interesting because of its low price not only for beginners.

The tent fabric made of 100% cotton is extremely tear-resistant and almost waterproof due to the special way of making (twill weave).

Our tents and camp tarps are pre-impregnated and thus water-repellent. For the care and renewal of the impregnation, we recommend regular treatment with impregnation spray, e.g. PLUVONIN. So you will have long pleasure in your tent.

Important tips on assembly, handling and care of our historical tents

To ensure that you long enjoy your Viking tent, Roman tent, Saxon tent,knight tent, Medieval tent, trader tent or medieval market stall, the following tips are helpful:
The assembly is relatively simple and done quickly and stress-free due to the loop system. The poles can be individually adjusted in length. When setting up, please note that the angle of the roof should be continuous with the cord to the peg and the peg should be in alignment with the corner or loop of your tent. Don't stretch the ropes too tight, because natural materials like wood and cotton change with humidity and need room to expand or contract. Thus, you prevent, for example, the openings for the poles in the roof to widen and later water has the opportunity to penetrate. At night we recommend to loosen the ropes a little bit, because the humidity rises strongly and there is a possibility that too much pressure is put on your tent. In case of rain or high humidity, please also loosen the ropes a little.

When attaching the side wall, it is advantageous to start with the side of the tent opening. If possible, the tent walls should not completely touch the ground (except for those with soil). This is also another protection against moisture and mold. After use, be sure to dry your tent if it has become damp, otherwise there is a risk of mold. You should never wrap the wooden poles in plastic wrap or similar. A cotton cloth after they have dried is sufficient. Never use chemical or other cleaning agents to clean your tent. It is best to remove dried dirt with a brush. For storage over a longer period of time, please separate all items (pegs, ropes, etc.) from the tent canvas and pack everything separately. Make sure that all parts are dry and also stored dry.
