The hair bead round is constructed with a Renaissance style ribbon. This ribbon stretches around the bead like a wave, which makes you represent this period well.

To easily thread a hair bead or beard bead, it is recommended to lightly moisten the strand of hair with either water or styling gel before passing it through the hole in the bead. This makes it easier to guide the strand and the result is achieved more quickly.

Before attaching the hair bead to the strand of hair, you can additionally use a beard or braid elastic (if the hair is particularly straight). This greatly simplifies the process of attaching the bead and ensures a secure fit in the hair. Vikings would have used a small piece of yarn for this in the past.
