Hand-forged bunka or chef's knife hardened in oil with a 19 cm blade - the good knife for the finest cuts and precise cutting work in the kitchen.

Description

A handforged fillet knife out of our top-of-the-range cooking knife series. 100% non-industrial and hand forged.

Due to its blade form it is very good for most of the kitchens cutting-work. The pointy tip allows to due fillet work too until a certain point where it is just to big for this kind of work.

The blade is made of carbon spring steel. Due to its high carbon content it is very easy to sharpen.
After forging process it is quenched in oil to harden the steel.

Due to its rustic optic it is not only a recommended kitchen tool but also beautiful and decorative.
