Republican Gladius Hispaniensis from Delos with scabbard

This very beautiful and especially authentic replica is a Republican gladius from Delos in Spain a so-called type Hispaniensis. The original can be assigned to the 3rd to 1st century BC.

The handle made of wood was hand-carved. The elaborately crafted scabbard has beautiful brass fittings.
