The striking pre-Roman sword of the Kelto-Iberians, the falcata, is a replica from the 4th - 3rd century B.C. Richly decorated with a brass horse head grip, bone grip plates and blood grooves on the carbon steel blade - including by-knife and leather sheath. Good for collectors of antique weapons.

This distinctive pre-Roman sword of the Kelto-Iberians is called a falcata. It resembles both the Nepalese khukri and the Greek kopis. The falcata is a replica of a 4th or 3rd century BC sword

Conspicuously richly decorated, the handle is made of brass in the shape of a horse's head. The handle plates were made of bone and fixed with brass rivets.The blade, made of carbon steel, is very unusually designed with the many "blood grooves".

The sword comes with an accessory knife as well as a wooden scabbard covered in red leather with beautiful brass Fittings.
