Renaissance rapier with leather scabbard

This rapier, is modeled after a rapier from the early 17th century. At that time, fencing with the rapier, was part of the basic training of young noblemen and often served among themselves the conflict resolution.

The hand-forged from high quality carbon steel (EN45), ground and polished blade is not sharpened. Due to the original dimensions and weight, this rapier is very authentically reproduced. Part of this set is also a leather scabbard which is suitably decorated with steel mouth and ort plates.
