Roman belt plate, Mainz type

This belt plate is suitable for the self-construction of a Roman belt. It is made after a find from the Mainz area, which is dated to the 1st century AD. The original artifacts belong to the cingulum or balteus of a Roman legionary.

The belt plate offered here is cast from 2mm thick brass and given an antique finish for appearance. On the back, the belt plate is equipped with 4 small rivet pins, which make it easy to attach to the belt.
