Viking equal armed brooch Birka

This beautiful fibula, also called equal armed brooch, is a replica of a find from Birka, which dates from the end of approx. 9th - beginning of 10th century.
Fibulas of this kind were used to close light coats, for example. The equal armed brooch is a nice alternative to the disc fibula, which is usually used by Vikings.
On the back a stable needle was attached.
