Medieval knight shirt Götz, white

The straight cut shirt is a classic of medieval garb, can be worn as a top or body shirt and is also versatile. It has a collar and a wide, doubled shoulder yoke. The neckline and cuffs have wooden buttons. The back is cut slightly longer.

Historically, shirts came into fashion only in the late Middle Ages, when pants became tighter and tops shorter. They then became indispensable during the Renaissance.
