Beautiful spatula made from cherrywood. It is suitable very well for salads or the turning of steaks at bbq's. The tong was oiled after carving, so it does not swell while usage. The natural red colour of the wood is more beautiful because of the oil treatment of the wood. High quality kitchen utilities are often made from cherry wood as it is stable, light and long lasting.
