This cape is long cut, hooded and closes with a wooden button. closes with a wooden button and a loop.

A cape belonged to the basic equipment in the Middle Ages. It protected ordinary citizens from wind and weather. It was available in many different lengths, with and without a hood and in different cuts. There were various ways to close the cloak: Brooches, chains, ribbons or later buttons.
