Description
Flemish splice string for 70 inch bows
The Flemish Splice is made using a special type of twisting technique in which the eyelets are not split (as in an endless tendon). Instead, individual threads are braided together to form a tight strand. Initially, this tendon may give a little as it takes time for the splice to set - therefore, during this time, the nocking point should only be temporarily attached (nocking point = point on the tendon where the arrow is "pocketed").
The Flemish splice string offered is made of 12 strands and is suitable for 70-inch bows. This will also fit our Viking bows.
