A self-made handle can be designed and personalised according to your own wishes. Our extremely sharp knife without handle is ideal for this.
Hang-forged from carbon steel, the knife is very easy to sharpen and cuts things reliably. The handle of the raw blade is straight. This makes it easy to attach a homemade handle.
