These elaborately crafted Gauntlets were made of 1.3 mm (0.051 inches) steel. The individual steel plates were riveted together, making them easy to move.
A glove made of soft leather was sewn and riveted inside. For additional support, 2 leather straps were riveted to the palm of each hand, one of which is adjustable in size. Another thick leather strap is located at the wrist.
