With its twists and turns, it stood for prosperity and growth, with the right-handed spiral representing the waning rays of the winter sun and the left-handed spiral symbolizing it summer sun. In the case of a double spiral, it was assumed to be the equinox, meaning the beginning of spring or autumn.

This Celtic bracelet for the upper arm is inspired by historical artifacts from the Celtic Bronze Age, which are more than two millennia old.
