Description

Our beautiful chain gloves are inspired by an original find from the 16th century, which is currently on display at the Musee De Cluny in Paris. However, the splinted plate cuffs are missing from the original find. The gloves consist of unriveted rings (each 6 mm (0.24 in) in diameter). The chain mail is sewn into gloves made of supple but strong suede.

Each cuff has 6 metal plates (each made of 20 gauge steel), which are firmly sewn to the leather cuff. The total length, from the tip of the middle finger to the end of the cuff, is approx. 36.5 cm (14.37 in). These chain gloves are available in one size to fit most.
