Chainmail collar made from 18-gauge mild steel

The aventail consists of sturdy 18-gauge mild steel rings with a diameter of approximately 6 mm, designed to withstand blows whilst allowing for rapid movements. The weave is crafted in a 4-in-1 pattern – riveted round rings and stamped flat rings.
The design, with its leather collar, offers reliable protection for the neck and throat.
