Roman legionary helmet

This beautiful helmet is a replica in the style of a Roman legionary helmet. Such helmets were designed to protect the mercenary's head and face from enemy attacks. They usually had a metal headband and a cheek guard, as well as a neck guard. Some also had a crest or feather on the top of the helmet, which could be used to identify the legion of the wearer.

This offered legionary helmet is made of steel and has brass colored details. The cheek guard on the front is movable. Inside the helmet there is a padded cap, which makes it more comfortable to wear on the head. It is super suitable for larp, theater or general costuming alike.
