Medieval black drawstring trousers "Peter"

The “Peter” trousers draw inspiration from the simple, linear appearance of medieval leggings and translate this into a garment suitable for everyday wear for market visitors, LARP players and re-enactors. The straight cut is based on trouser styles from the High Middle Ages, when simple, unlined trousers made of wool or linen were part of the basic wardrobe for every social class – from craftsmen to knights. The absence of pockets is no oversight, but a deliberate choice to ensure a harmonious, historically inspired overall look.

Made from 100% cotton, the trousers feel comfortable against the skin and are therefore also suitable for prolonged wear at events. The waistband features a drawstring, allowing you to adjust the fit to your preference – handy if your standard size varies or if you’re wearing the trousers over thicker underwear. In size M, the waist measurement is approx. 102 cm, and the total length is approx. 103 cm. Paired with a tunic, a linen shirt or a medieval waistcoat, they create a harmonious ensemble for almost any setting – whether a castle festival, a campsite or a fantasy market.
