“St. Wencelass” nasal helmet made from 2mm-thick steel – suitable for stage combat

This beautifully crafted nasal helmet is a replica of the so-called Wenceslas helmet, based on a 10th-century find in Prague.
Helmets of this type were usually worn with a coif underneath.

The helmet consists of two halves made of 2mm-thick steel, which have been welded together.
The nasal was made from 3mm-thick strip steel and riveted to the helmet.
A high-quality, size-adjustable, padded leather inlay and chin strap have been fitted to secure the helmet to the head.
