Gladius, Roman legionary sword with scabbard, total length 73 cm

This beautiful Roman gladius was used around the Nativity by the Roman legionaries.

Both the pommel and the guard were made of beautiful hardwood. The handle was made from real animal bone. The steel blade that goes all the way to the pommel was screwed down.

Supplied this sword with a wooden scabbard along with brass applications.
